Your BP meds: habit or healing?

Myth: “I feel fine, I can stop.” Fact: BP is often silent. Stop only with your clinician.

Myth: “Pills are forever.” Fact: Many need long-term, but dose/type can change with progress.

Myth: “Herbal cures replace meds.” Fact: Herbs may support, they're not substitutes. 

Myth: “Side effects? Just quit.” Fact: Call your doctor. Often a switch/adjust solves it.

Myth: “BP normal today ? skip dose.” Fact: Normal because of meds. Stay consistent.

Myth: “Missed a pill? Take two.” Fact:  Don’t double-dose. Follow the leaflet/clinician advice.

Myth: “Timing doesn’t matter.” Fact: Take same time daily; morning/night as prescribed.

Myth: “Salt cut = no meds.” Fact: Both lifestyle + meds protect heart, brain, kidneys.
