Amazon India has launched Amazon Diagnostics, a new at-home diagnostics service allowing customers to book lab tests, schedule sample collections, and access digital reports directly through the Amazon app.
The service, built in partnership with Orange Health Labs, is currently operational in six cities: Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Customers can book more than 800 diagnostic tests, get their samples collected in under 60 minutes, and receive digital reports in 6 hours.
The new service builds on Amazonās existing healthcare portfolio in India, which includes Amazon Pharmacy for medicines and Amazon Clinic for online doctor consultations. The aim is to provide an integrated healthcare experience on a single platform.

To address issues like long wait times and quality inconsistencies, the company has incorporated features like real-time appointment availability, map-based address validation, automated test preparation instructions, secure digital reports, and a user-friendly booking process.
