- Ginger tea boosts digestion and also helps with nausea and bloating. Boil fresh ginger slices in water and add a few drops of lemon and honey.
- Coriander seeds cool the system and aid digestion. You may soak one tablespoon of coriander seeds in a cup of water overnight. Drink it the next morning on an empty stomach.
- Ayurveda advises against drinking cold water with meals. It weakens your digestive fire. You must drink warm or room-temperature water, especially after meals.
